Prior to the IVF Cycle: Not Included in Global Fee

(All services below may not be needed and may be covered by insurance)

1. Semen Analysis - $100.00
2. Hysteroscopy/Trial Transfer - $575.00
3. Lab - $600.00 –$800.00
4. Ultrasound - $384.00
5. Mammogram (if age > 39)* - $392.00
6. Physical Exam / Pap Smear* - $249.00 – $348.00
7. Medications - $800.00 - $3,000.00

*If these have been done in another clinic within one year of IVF cycle, they do need to be repeated.
