Known Donor Egg IVF Cycle

1. Donor Package Fee for Monitoring (ultrasounds, office visits, labs) - $2,300
2. Egg Retrieval and Embryo Transfer - $7,750
3. Recipient Package Fee for Monitoring (ultrasounds, office visits, labs) - $950
4. Cycle Management / Coordination Fee - $1,000

TOTAL COST: $12,000 (for one known Donor IVF Cycle)

ADDITIONAL DONOR EXPENSES PAID BY RECIPIENT DIRECTLY (estimated costs)

1. Ovarian Reserve Assessment (office visit, ultrasound, labs) - $595
2. Psychiatrist evaluation - $175
3. FDA mandated tests for infectious diseases - $671
4. Other labs - $90
5. Cystic fibrosis screening - $250
6. Physical exam (FDA mandated) - $250
7. Medications - $1,220 – 2,220

Please note: Actual donor expenses may differ from those listed here; this is an estimate only. The specific procedures performed in an individual IVF cycle vary considerably as each cycle is unique. The global fee is our best estimate of what a typical cycle costs, and is non-negotiable.

A list of pre-IVF tests needed for the recipient and her partner is provided separately. The medications used by the recipient in a typical donor egg cycle include birth control pills, Lupron, Doxycycline, Estradiol Valerate, and Progesterone in oil. A prescription for these medications will be faxed to a specialty pharmacy. The pharmacy will call you before shipping to arrange for payment directly from you.
