- Hysteroscopy / Trial Transfer - $575.00
- Screening labs - $600.00 – 800.00
- Hemogram
- Rubella
- ABO/Rh
- STD Labs (both patient and partner)
- Medications - $500.00 – 1,000.00
- Annual exam within last year - $249.00 – 348.00
- Mammogram within last year if > 39 years old - $349.00
*Screening and STD laboratories, annual examination, and mammogram may be billed to insurance, if available.
Additional Screening Will be Necessary if the Recipient is > 45 years old, Including:
- Treadmill Stress Test
- Chest X-Ray
- Additional screening laboratories
