Childbirth Class

Time: Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at Women's Care at 590 Country Club Parkway, Eugene AND Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at Women's Care at Riverbend, 3100 MLK Jr. Parkway, Springfield

Info: Plan to attend one series of three classes two to three months before your due date.

Class 1: Discussion includes events of late pregnancy, overview of normal labor (what you may feel, what you may do), labor variations, video of three births, relaxation and breathing.

Class 2: Discussion includes labor support measures, medication choices, and epidurals/intrathecals.

Class 3: Discussion includes what to expect physically and emotionally after birth, newborn characteristics, and cesarean birth.
