Office Hours
Our hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. It is our intention to schedule your appointment at a time most convenient for you. We make a sincere effort to honor your appointment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible for rescheduling.
Phone Nurse
Our nurse manager (an LPN) is available to you during office hours. If you have an urgent problem or one that requires a sensitive or lengthy discussion, please ask to speak with her so she can arrange for emergency care or an urgent visit when necessary.
After Hours
If the need arises for you to contact us with an emergency after hours, please know that we are only a phone call away. You may reach us 24 hours a day by calling our appointment line. Our answering service will contact the physician on call who will return your call.
Laboratory/Imaging
For your convenience, we offer on-site lab and ultrasound facilities. Laboratory hours are 8:30am to 12:30pm, and 1:30pm to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. No appointment is necessary if you are returning for testing which your physician ordered previously.
Prescription Refills
Please call your pharmacy at least 24 hours in advance with refill requests. They in turn will call us. Please bear in mind that Oregon Statute limits prescriptions to one year of validity, and standards of medical care require examination before prescriptions can be renewed.
Insurance and Billing
Our business office has an experienced staff who are happy to assist you with questions about your account. We are contracted providers with various networks and we accept assignment on government claims (Medicare and Champus). As a courtesy to you, we will bill your primary insurance company. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Referrals
Ob care and annual examinations do not require a referral from your primary care physician. Referrals are required if you have a managed care plan and are being seen for conditions other than those visits that are pregnancy related or your annual exam.
