Office Hours
Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 11am.
Nurse Coordinator
Our nurse coordinator provides ongoing support regarding your therapy by phone and office consultation.
After Hours
For after hours emergencies call our appointment line. Our answering service will contact the physician on call who will promptly return your call.
Laboratory
Our laboratory hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 10:30am. With prior arrangements, the office and laboratory are open on holidays for needed testing.
Prescription Refills
Pharmacy refills are available during regular office hours. Notify the pharmacy by phone with 24 hour advance notice. They will call us for approval if necessary.
Insurance and Billing
Our business office has an experienced staff who are dedicated to assisting you in developing a financial plan. Most insurance plans are accepted and we are contracted providers with many networks. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Referrals
Because we are a specialty center, managed care insurance plans usually require a referral and/or pre-authorization from your primary care physician. The exception is that no referral is required for your annual examination or early pregnancy follow up.
