Office Hours

Our hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We will schedule your appointment at a time most convenient for you.

Phone Nurse

A registered nurse is available during office hours for questions or to coordinate your care with your physician.

After Hours

For after hours emergencies call our appointment line. Our answering service will contact the physician on call who will promptly return your call.

Laboratory

Our laboratory hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and 7:30am to 10am Saturday. No appointment is needed.

Prescription Refills

Pharmacy refills are available. Notify the pharmacy by phone with 24 hour advance notice. They will call us for approval if necessary.

Insurance and Billing

Our business office has an experienced staff who are dedicated to assisting you. All insurance plans are accepted and we are contracted providers with many networks. We accept assignment on government claims (Medicare and Champus), and will bill your secondary insurance when appropriate. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Referrals

Ob care and annual examinations do not require a referral from your primary care physician, regardless of your insurance plan. If you have a managed care plan, any specialty care other than those visits that are pregnancy related or the annual exam do require authorization from your PCP.
